I want to change the size, what should I do?
You can change the size you ordered. We advise you to be quick and let our support team know within 24 hrs of the order is placed at support@satoridesignsstudio.com . Once your order is being printed, unfortunately we cannot change it anymore.

I entered the wrong address, what should I do?
You can change your address, as long as the order is not shipped. Please email your Order Number and the correct delivery address to support@satoridesignsstudio.com and we will update it for you.
Once the order is shipped, we cannot change the address. When we ship the order you will receive the tracking info, you can contact the courier who is delivering your items regarding the change of address.

I no longer want the item I ordered, can I still cancel it?
You can cancel your order as long as it is not printed. To cancel your order please send an email within 24 hrs of the order is being placed to support@satoridesignsstudio.com. Please include your Order Number in the email and "Cancel Order" in the subject line.
We cannot cancel the order once it is printed.

I have received damaged/wrong item, what should I do?
We sincerely apologise if you have received a damaged or wrong item. Please send us an email at support@satoridesignsstudio.com including below details:
⦁ Order Number
⦁ The image of the incorrect item (or the product page link)
⦁ The product page link of the correct item
Please do not return any items before receiving a confirmation from our Support Team

I have not received the item
In the unlikely event that you have not received the item(s) you ordered, we sincerely apologise. Please contact us immediately and we'll try to get this resolved quickly and efficiently for you.

Why your products have longer delivery time?
Our products are made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!

Where the items are made?
It depends on your country of residence and what item you have ordered. We have factories in the United States, Mexico and Europe

What does shipping cost?
The shipping cost will be calculated at the checkout. 
For every order above $100, shipping is on us! Enter code 'FREESHIP' at the checkout.

Customs charged me extra for my delivery, now what?
We are very sorry to hear about the custom fee, however it is beyond our control and will need to be paid by the customer. This is not a fee imposed nor collected by our company. Unfortunately some governments decide to charge extra for import.

Are your payments secure?
The security of our transactions is paramount. All online purchases are performed through the secured payment systems. Payment details are transmitted in encrypted format (SSL) to the entity.

We actively implement fraud prevention which monitors all transactions. Any customer who commits fraud on the site will be reported accordingly.
